Package detained at Bogota Customs

What to Do If Your Package Is Held at Bogotá Customs

-

International courier shipments to Colombia are subject to specific conditions regarding the number of items, weight, and declared value, which must not exceed USD 2,000.
If you are expecting a shipment and receive a call from a courier company like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, 472, etc., informing you that the shipment’s classification has changed, it means it has moved from courier regime to regular importation.
